Algemene Voorwaarden

Bij het maken van een afspraak wordt de servicekost onmiddellijk in rekening gebracht als voorschot. Deze dient ter bevestiging van je plek in de agenda.
De prijs van het gekozen juweel (of de juwelen) en de nazorgset worden tijdens de afspraak verrekend en maken geen deel uit van het voorschot.
Voorschotten zijn onder geen enkele voorwaarde terugbetaalbaar.

Afspraken kunnen tot minimaal 24 uur op voorhand gewijzigd of geannuleerd worden via de link in de bevestigingsmail.
Bij een wijziging meer dan 24 uur op voorhand blijft het voorschot geldig voor de nieuwe datum.
Bij een annulatie of wijziging binnen de 24 uur voor de afspraak, of in het geval van een no-show, komt het voorschot volledig te vervallen.
Indien je meer dan 10 minuten te laat bent, kan de afspraak niet meer doorgaan om de planning niet in het gedrang te brengen. Dit wordt beschouwd als een no-show; het voorschot vervalt en er dient een nieuwe afspraak (met nieuw voorschot) gemaakt te worden.

Leeftijdsgrenzen: Wij piercen oorlellen vanaf 6 jaar, kraakbeen vanaf 14 jaar en tepels/intiem vanaf 18 jaar.
Ben je jonger dan 16? Dan is de aanwezigheid van een ouder of wettelijke voogd verplicht.
Witchbladespiercing behoudt zich het recht voor om een geldig identiteitsbewijs te vragen ter controle van de leeftijd.
Klanten die onder invloed zijn van alcohol of drugs worden niet behandeld. In dit geval wordt de afspraak ter plekke geannuleerd en vervalt het voorschot.
Om een serene sfeer te behouden, is het toegestaan om maximaal één vriend(in) mee te brengen naar de afspraak. Grotere groepen zijn niet toegestaan, tenzij iedereen een afspraak heeft geboekt.

Voor elke behandeling dient een consent form (toestemmingsformulier) volledig en naar waarheid te worden ingevuld en ondertekend.
Het weigeren of onjuist invullen van dit formulier staat gelijk aan een annulatie door de klant; de behandeling wordt niet uitgevoerd en het voorschot vervalt.
De klant is verplicht relevante medische aandoeningen of allergieën (zoals nikkel, latex, etc.) vooraf te melden.
Anatomie: Indien de piercer op het moment van de afspraak vaststelt dat de anatomie van de klant niet geschikt is voor de gewenste piercing, zal deze uit veiligheidsoverwegingen worden geweigerd. In overleg kan er naar een alternatief worden gezocht.

Er is geen Bancontact of Payconiq aanwezig in de shop.
Betalingen dienen ter plaatse te worden voldaan via cash of overschrijving. Bij een overschrijving dient de klant ter plekke een officieel betalingsbewijs (digitale bevestiging) te tonen alvorens de shop te verlaten.

Cadeaubonnen zijn 12 maanden geldig vanaf de datum van uitgifte en zijn niet inwisselbaar voor contanten.

Witchbladespiercing verbindt zich tot het werken volgens de strengste hygiënische normen en het correct plaatsen van de piercing met hoogwaardige materialen (Implant Grade Titanium of glas).
De piercer is niet verantwoordelijk voor de reactie van het lichaam op de piercing (zoals uitstoting, littekenweefsel of irritaties) of voor infecties die ontstaan door onjuiste nazorg.
Hoewel onze juwelen van medische kwaliteit zijn, is Witchbladespiercing niet aansprakelijk voor complicaties of verlies van juwelen tijdens medische ingrepen (scans/operaties). Overleg altijd met uw arts.
De klant is zelf verantwoordelijk voor het strikt opvolgen van de meegeleverde nazorginstructies.
Witchbladespiercing is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van persoonlijke eigendommen van de klant binnen de studio.

Er worden enkel foto's gemaakt van de piercing voor portfolio- of social media doeleinden indien de klant hiervoor op het moment zelf expliciet toestemming geeft.

Terms & Conditions

When booking an appointment, the service fee is payable immediately as a deposit. This serves to confirm your slot in our schedule.
The price of the chosen jewelry and the aftercare kit will be added during the appointment and are not included in the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to at least 24 hours in advance via the link provided in your confirmation email.
If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit remains valid for the new date.
For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you are over 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment as it impacts the rest of our schedule. This will be treated as a no-show; the deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment (with a new deposit) must be booked.

Age Requirements: We pierce earlobes from age 6+, cartilage from age 14+, and nipples/genitals from age 18+.
If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must be present.
Witchbladespiercing reserves the right to request a valid ID to verify age.
Customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be treated. In this case, the appointment will be cancelled on the spot, and the deposit will be forfeited.
To maintain a serene atmosphere, you are permitted to bring a maximum of one friend to your appointment. Larger groups are not allowed unless everyone has booked an appointment.

A consent form must be completed truthfully and signed before every treatment.
Refusal to sign or providing false information on this form is considered a cancellation by the customer; the procedure will not be performed, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Customers are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies (e.g., nickel, latex, etc.) beforehand.
Anatomy: If the piercer determines at the time of the appointment that the customer's anatomy is not suitable for the requested piercing, it will be refused for safety reasons. An alternative may be discussed.

There is no Bancontact or Payconiq available in the shop.
Payments must be settled on-site via cash or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, the customer must show official proof of payment (digital confirmation) before leaving the shop.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are not exchangeable for cash.

Witchbladespiercing is committed to working according to the strictest hygiene standards and using high-quality materials (Implant Grade Titanium or glass).
The piercer is not responsible for the body's reaction to the piercing (such as rejection, scar tissue, or irritation) or for infections resulting from improper aftercare.
While our jewelry is of medical grade, Witchbladespiercing is not liable for complications or loss of jewelry during medical procedures (scans/surgeries). Always consult with your physician.
The customer is solely responsible for strictly following the provided aftercare instructions.
Witchbladespiercing is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the studio.

Photos of the piercing for portfolio or social media purposes will only be taken if the customer gives explicit verbal consent at the time of the appointment.
